Welcome to Youthtopia

Welcome to Youthtopia is a stop motion animation produced in collaboration with Fat Pebble Media, commissioned for Brighton White Night 2011 (themed utopia/distopia). It was projected looping onto the side of Brighton Youth Centre throughout the night.

The piece aimed to explore the reality of ‘youth’ as a cultural utopia, building a city of consumer products aimed at young people and then slowly breaking the city back down again as a metaphor for aging.
